Fast Forward (skip) through a Podcast

Whilst playing a podcast from the internet (eg listen again feature from the BBC), is it possible to fast-forward through the broadcast?

This was a feature on my first Tevion internet radio (now broken), but sadly lacking on my newer Oxx internet Radio. I'm wondering whether to buy the MusicPal, and this would be a key feature

Why? I use the internet radio in the bedroom. After falling asleep one night, it would be nice to be able to skip forward to the right point in the programme on the next evening, rather than starting again from the beginning.
