Ken, If you haven't already sorted the problem out...
Download the pdf manual at http://www.freecom.com/objects/00012160.pdf and take a look at page 64. This tells you how to reset the radio to the original factory settings.
You will need to install the 'Assistant' software on your PC, which can be found under the downloads menu at this address: http://www.musicpal.info/
In order to use the software to reset your radio, you will need to establish a connection between the PC and your radio via the ethernet cable that you should have received with it.
Don't forget when you have reset the radio, and changed the password, it would be a good idea to update the Firmware on the radio to the latest version. Again, this can be downloaded from http://www.musicpal.info/
Once this is done, you are ready to set-up your wireless connection.
