hi all first time on this forum i'm kevin
first of all just got a freecom 500gb network hard drive, i have 4 computers 3 of them rum xp the other runs win7 64bit,
all 3 xp computers can connect and i can map the drive so as to retrieve any and all files, when i try to map the drive on the 7 machine i can get as far as the add & remove mapped shares put in the password which at the moment it is still the default (admin) the i just get an empty box instead of the list of drives that show on the xp machines when i do the same thing can anyone help please

hi just to update on this problem got in touch with free com support downloaded the firmware update and it fixed the connection fault first time
